Design and Customization

How’s TMF providing customization on set designs?

TMF is committed to provide you with designs keeping
you on the forefront. When you shop a Tee from TMF, you are given an option to
choose your design and get it printed on your choice of T-shirt
(Men/Women/oversize) and your favourite colour from the available options. We
will be custom printing the T-shirt once you place the order.

What is TMF’s design policy?

TMF Promises to keep upgrading the designs. All our
designs go through research process to make sure that they are as cool as we
think they are. Few of designs that you see on the website shall be limited
edition. We will be adding new designs every month. You too can contribute to
our design showcase by sharing your suggestions ontedhimedhifamily@gmail.comor
on whatsapp.

Are TMF’s designs patented?

TMF is a registered brand and we create unique designs
that are our patents and if anyone tries to replicate, it will come under
lawful scanning.

What is especially4U?

TMF takes customization too seriously. We believe that
you’re unique and so should be your style. You can share your/your
friends/family member’s picture and we shall custom create his image into an illustration
following the style followed by TMF. We can add a dialogue or a slogan that you
would prefer.

How long will you take to deliver a custom Tee under especially4U segment?

We shall take 7 working days to create and dispatch
the T-shirt custom created for you.

What is the return/exchange policy on T-shirt under especially4U segment?

TMF strives to provide you with best quality T-shirts
and our designers and illustrators will ensure that the illustration created
will be as real as an illustration can be. Keeping this promise intact, we
cannot offer you return/exchange on the T-shirts custom created for you. Innpe
aapka naam likha hai.

Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery

How do I check the status of my order?

Please tap on “My Orders” section under main menu of
App/Website/M-site. You will be given a tracking id by our delivery partner to
check your order status.

How long will it take to ship my order

We custom print your choice of T-shirt/mug after your
order is placed, please allow us 7-10 days to deliver T-shirt/mug chosen from
the set designs segment and 12-14 days to deliver T-shirts custom created from
you from especially4U segment.

Does TMF deliver products outside India?

TMF can deliver products across the globe. Shipping charges will be charged as per actuals.

How do I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery.
But still you can write in a request ontedhimedhifamily@gmail.comor on whatsapp. We shall try to revert ASAP.

Return & Cancellation

What is TMF’s cancellation policy?

You can cancel or modify your order on set designs within 48 hours of purchase and
within 24 hours of products purchased from especially4u segment. Any amount
paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was
made. All you have to do is write to us at tedhimedhifamily@gmail.com or whatsapp us from the link on the website.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order within 24hours of purchase, by writing to us at tedhimedhifamily@gmail.com or send a whatsapp from the link on the website

How do I cancel my Order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the purchase. The payment will be remitted back in the payment source within 4-7 days

How long does it take for refunds?

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because
you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card,
Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within
7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. 

Are there any additional shipping charges?

TMF provides FREE shipping on all orders above Rs. 599 in India. A shipping charge
of Rs. 50 is payable only on orders below Rs. 599.

What is TMF’s Exchange Policy?

•You can apply for an exchange for your order within 5 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes.

•Exchanges can be done against any other product across our website/m-site.•If you wish to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back to us. Partial returns aren’t accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on Whatsapp or email us on tedhimedhifamily@gmail.com

•Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable and we will not be able to gift wrap any exchanges requested.

•Products ordered from especially4U segment cannot be exchanged or returned.

•Fragile Items like Coffee Mugs cannot be exchanged or returned. We promise to deliver the best quality. However if you have received broken products please Whatsapp us or email us on tedhimedhifamily@gmail.com

What is TMF’s Return Policy?

TMF strives to provide you with best quality T-shirts
and our designers and illustrators will ensure that the illustration created
will be as real as an illustration can be.

•Customers can return their order within 24 hours after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s).

•Fragile items like mugs, we may refuse returns. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Care Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at tedhimedhifamily@gmail.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Care Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or the payment source as per your convenience.

•If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on Whatsapp or email us on tedhimedhifamily@gmail.com

•Products from especially4U segment are non-refundable.

•we cannot offer you return/exchange on the T-shirts custom created for you. kyonki Innpe aapka naam likha hai.

•Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.

How can I create a return request?

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to log in, go to your order history and initiate return. For any confusion contact us at tedhimedhifamily@gmail.com.

Our delivery partner will pick the package up within 2 working days. Please note that if self-shipping, the returns will need to be sent to the following address: D-296, Lower Ground Floor, Sarvodaya Enclave, New Delhi. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like t-shirts ordered from Especially4U segment, which is personalized and custom created for you. kyonki uspe aapka naam likha hai...

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We have quick provision of exchanging your product. You just need to specify the reason to exchange and the product you would want to exchange your order with. All you have to do is Log in to your TMF account and visit your order history. Rest is easy.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at tedhimedhifamily@gmail.com.

After creating a return request, how long does it take for the product to be picked up?

Once we receive this request, someone from the courier
partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days.
After the product is picked up, the complete amount will be refunded to the
source within 7 working days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are
intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.

Where should I self-ship the returns?

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, please courier the product
to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed
securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in
unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within
48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount will be refunded to the
payment source.

Orders & Payments

How to place an order?

To place your order, follow these steps:

•Browse through the designs available in the product segment of your choice.

•Chose the colour of T-shirt you want the design on. Check the preview in the thumbnail.

•Select your size•Once you’re done click on add to cart.

•After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or go to your cart for the checkout.

•From there, you can either login to your existing TMF account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.

•Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.

How do I know if my order was place successfully?

Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email &
SMS/WhatsApp with details of your order and your order id. You will receive
another email and message once your order is shipped.

How can I pay for my order at Myntra?

We support the following payment options at TMF website/m-site:

1. Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)

2. Credit Card

3. Debit Card

4. Net banking

5. Mobile Wallet

Is there any additional charge for Cash On Delivery option?

Yes, we charge a flat fee of Rs. 50 on all COD orders.
